  • Point of Contact for Chat and SMS. 

  • Handles calibration sessions for Chat and SMS (Operations and QAs). 

  • Creates team reports to identify top drivers (Weekly and Monthly) and provides recommendations.

  • Answers incoming calls from providers asking for help in the interpretation of their claims and provide assistance if there is a need to re-process the claim.
